About Arga
Arga was founded in 1996 as a coal contractor in East Kalimantan. Since 2018 we have moved into nickel, the metal in most electric-vehicle batteries, and committed to close our last coal pit by 2030.

Our business
We own every step between the ore body and the ship, which is how we keep costs and standards under one roof.

Four RKEF lines turning ore into nickel pig iron and matte.

East Kalimantan mine, contracted until closure in 2030.
