Good to know

Before you come in.

The small print, written so you actually read it.

Deposits

Colour, smoothing and perm bookings over Rp1.000.000 need a Rp200.000 deposit by transfer once we confirm. It comes off your bill.

Running late

We keep your chair for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or find you a new time.

Changing or cancelling

Free up to 24 hours before your booking. Later than that, we keep the deposit.

A skin test before your first colour

Hair dye can cause allergic reactions, so first-time colour clients drop by at least 48 hours before for a two-minute skin test.

The private room

A closed room with female stylists only, for clients who wear hijab or simply prefer privacy. Tick the box when you book. It costs nothing extra.

Paying

Cash, debit card, QRIS and bank transfer.

Kids

Cuts for children under 10, any day. A parent stays in the room.
