Before you write
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days across Java, four to seven elsewhere in Indonesia, and seven to ten to Singapore or Malaysia. Delivery across Java is free from Rp1.000.000.
Which size should I order?
Each garment page has a size guide with body measurements. Between two sizes, take the larger one; we shorten sleeves and hems for free before the piece ships.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days, unworn and with the maker's card. Send it back to the showroom and we refund once it arrives. Custom lengths and family orders cannot be returned.
Can you sew a kain into a sarung?
Yes, at no charge. Write "sew" in the note for the workshop when you check out.
How do I pay?
We confirm your order on WhatsApp, then send details for bank transfer or QRIS. Pieces ship once payment arrives.
